Return Policy

Dear customer, you must familiarize yourself with the policy of replacement and return in the event that you are not satisfied with the commodity.

* The item must be returned in the same original condition without missing or unpacked products due to the current conditions related to COVID-19.

* Replacement is within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receipt.

* The customer bears the cost of shipping back and forth.

*Promotions and discounts are non-refundable

*Liquid products are not returnable or exchangeable

*Silicon, clay, and wax molds are not exchangeable or refundable

* In the event of any exception by the administration, the value of the request will be refunded via a coupon and used in requests later.

*If there is any defect in the order, please contact us

* The application is reviewed after receipt within a maximum period of 21 days inside the Kingdom and 60 days outside the Kingdom

*Resin yellowing requests are not compensated if more than two months have passed since the request was received
